Season 2 of Between the Lions premiered on April 2, 2001, and ended on May 4, 2001.

Parody sketches and segments include Moby Duck (parody of Moby-Dick), and The Lone Rearranger Rewrites Again (parody of The Lone Ranger).

This is the first season to feature a new cast member to the show, Gus Bunny.

Announcer Bunny returns in sketches and the "Coming Up Next on Between the Lions" bumpers.
