Notes and Trivia[]
- Unlike the other word morph segments, the rectangular bugs segments features words that end with "en" instead of words that end with the letter Y, Y as an I.
- This is the first episode that focuses on the sometimes vowel Y.
- This is the first episode where the grey cursor hand pulls out only one highlighted letter.
- This is also the only episode with the letter Y being the focused vowel in the Vowelles segment without Martha Reader, thus making the segment the least aired of the Season 1 Vowelles segments.
- The waiter in the book has a voice inspired by that of Frank Nelson, a regular on The Jack Benny Program.
- The Vowelles sing twice in this episode, Likely due to the fact that this is the only episode with to feature the "Y" sound as the main Vowel.
- This episode was last broadcasted on PBS in June 2007.
- This episode aired the same Day as Sesame Street Episode 3900 (With Elmo's World Episode: Babies).
- Moral of Episode: Certain People laugh at certain things they do like.
Goofs[]
- In the second Fred Says segment, when Fred runs into the backdrop, which is obviously paper, his left foot goes through it.
- When Busterfield is yelling at the fly to get off his head, after Clay leaves, you can faintly see Heather Asch's forehead behind the pedestal on the left.
