- This is the second episode in which Cliff Hanger reads a story, with the first being The Three Legged Pot. He would later read in Terrific, Priceless Gifts, and finally in Pablo the Artist.
- At the end of the Short Story Time, after Arty asks the audience if he has any food on his face, the audience cheering with someone saying "I love you, Arty!" is replaced with a man saying "No, you look great!" in response to Arty's question.
